Cancellation and Refund Terms
1. Payment and Confirmation Full payment is required to confirm a reservation. Due to limited capacity, if payment or proof of payment is not received within 1 hour of the booking request, the facility reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice and release the spot to other guests.
2. Right of Withdrawal and Service Exceptions In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding the provision of leisure services for a specific date or period (e.g., accommodation, transport, catering, or recreational activities), the right of withdrawal is limited. Consequently, the following cancellation terms apply.
3. Cancellation Terms for Camp Reservations To ensure operational stability, the following policy applies to camp reservations:
- 14 days or more before the start date: Full refund.
- Less than 14 days before the start date: Non-refundable; the full payment is forfeited.
4. Horse Riding Lessons and Private Appointments Rescheduling requests for individual lessons must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after this period are non-refundable. Subject to availability and management approval, a one-time rescheduling may be permitted; however, this right is not applicable to subsequent bookings.
5. Personalized Services For add-on services requiring prior preparation (e.g., equipment setup, private instructor allocation), refunds are evaluated based on the progress of the preparation. If the preparation has been completed or initiated, no refund will be issued.
6. Force Majeure In the event of natural disasters (earthquake, flood, fire), severe weather conditions impacting access, general security threats, or government-imposed restrictions, the facility reserves the right to postpone the service or offer an alternative solution. In such cases, if the service cannot be rendered at all, a refund may be issued after deducting the facility's operational expenses.
7. Refund Procedure Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. The facility is not responsible for any delays caused by the customer’s bank or payment processor.
8. Communication All cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in writing to info@hoofclub.com. Verbal cancellations made via phone will not be processed unless confirmed in writing.
